User Agreement

1. BeautyFull.md is owned by ART LIFE S.R.L. and provides technical and informational infrastructure for interaction between clients, service providers and salons.

2. ART LIFE S.R.L. is not the employer, agent or service provider of masters/salons. The client enters into the service arrangement directly with the selected provider.

3. The platform does not guarantee service quality, number of clients, income or profit.

4. Users must provide accurate information and comply with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

5. Illegal, misleading or rights-infringing content may be restricted or removed.

6. Rights in the software, design, texts, structure and platform elements belong to ART LIFE S.R.L., unless otherwise stated.

7. Functionality may be changed for future periods by publishing an updated version. Prices are set out in the Price list at beautyfull.md/prices; new prices apply to new clients from the date of publication, and to those registered earlier — after the paid term ends, but no sooner than 30 days after publication. Accrued rights, including a paid term, are not changed retroactively.

8. The parties first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by a competent court of the Republic of Moldova under its laws; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Electronic acceptance: the user checks a separate box and presses the acceptance button. The system records the account, date, time and document version. Marketing consent is separate.

10. "Profi" (previously BASIC) — no booking commission; free for the period set out in the Price list.

Privacy Policy

ART LIFE S.R.L. processes data necessary for registration, bookings, communications, security, support, payments and legal obligations. This may include name, phone number, e-mail, profile data, booking history, messages, photographs and technical data. Special categories of data are not requested without a separate legal basis. Access is provided only to the extent necessary. Masters and salons receive client data necessary for the booking and service. Own marketing requires a separate lawful basis. Data is retained only as long as necessary or legally required. Data-subject requests may be sent to beautyfull.support@gmail.com.

Personal Data Processing Policy

Purposes: account creation and administration, bookings, support, security, analytics, contract performance and legal obligations. Principles: lawfulness, transparency, minimisation, accuracy, purpose limitation, security and storage limitation. ART LIFE S.R.L. applies organisational and technical safeguards. Data may be disclosed to third parties only when necessary for platform operation, based on a lawful ground or required by law. Users may exercise rights provided by law, including access, rectification, erasure and restriction.

Cookie Policy

BeautyFull.md uses necessary cookies for site operation, sessions and security. Functional, analytics and marketing cookies may be used depending on settings and required consent. Users may change optional cookie settings through the available consent-management mechanism. Refusing optional cookies should not block necessary account and booking functions. Third-party technical and analytics services may be used where an appropriate lawful basis exists.

Master Offer

1. The offer gives the master access to a profile, calendar, bookings and the functions of the selected tariff.

2. "Profi" (previously BASIC) — no booking commission; free for the period set out in the Price list, counted from the date of registration (for those registered before the period was introduced — from the date of its introduction). After the free period ends, the master's card is not shown in the catalogue until a paid package is purchased; the account and data are kept.

3. "Master" (formerly "Resident" on the site; previously PRO MASTER) — "Profi" + CRM + basic analytics. "Expert" (previously EXPERT) — "Master" + stock + income accounting + advanced analytics.

4. Package prices, discounts and final amounts for the payment term (1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months) are set out in the Price list at beautyfull.md/prices. New prices apply to new clients from the date of their publication in the Price list. For clients registered before publication, new prices apply after the already paid term ends, but no sooner than 30 days after publication; BeautyFull announces them in the Price list and in the account. A paid term is not recalculated. Price reductions apply to everyone immediately.

5. The master is independently responsible for services, prices, taxes, permits and legal compliance.

6. The client pays the service directly to the master unless the platform expressly provides otherwise.

7. The master uses client data only on a lawful basis.

8. Electronic acceptance records the document version, date and time.

9. No contractual penalties are established; mandatory statutory liability remains applicable.

10. Disputes: negotiations, then a competent court of the Republic of Moldova.

Salon Offer

1. All existing BeautyFull functions are included in salon tariffs. Price depends on employee count and subscription term and is set out in the Price list at beautyfull.md/prices. New prices apply to new clients from the date of their publication in the Price list. For clients registered before publication, new prices apply after the already paid term ends, but no sooner than 30 days after publication; BeautyFull announces them in the Price list and in the account. A paid term is not recalculated. Price reductions apply to everyone immediately. Promotion is charged separately.

2. Up to 2 employees — 240 lei/month; each additional employee +120 lei/month.

3. Discounts: 3 months −2%; 6 months −5%; 12 months −10%.

4. Functions: 24/7 online booking, salon calendar, employee schedules, CRM, visit history, client cards, services and prices, master profiles, gallery, reminders, income accounting, analytics, reviews/rating, access rights, salary calculation (in development), stock and consumables accounting, XLS/XLSX export.

5. The salon is independently responsible for employees, services, prices, taxes, permits and legal compliance.

Partner Agreement

1. PARTNER: partner-page card, logo, description, links, phone and name in the scrolling line.

2. VIP: everything in PARTNER + large top banner, highlighted line, promotional block for masters and impression/click statistics. Package prices, discounts and final amounts for the payment term (1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months) are set out in the Price list at beautyfull.md/prices. New prices apply to new clients from the date of their publication in the Price list. For clients registered before publication, new prices apply after the already paid term ends, but no sooner than 30 days after publication; BeautyFull announces them in the Price list and in the account. A paid term is not recalculated. Price reductions apply to everyone immediately.

3. Placement depends on the package and technical capabilities. BeautyFull does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, customers or sales.

4. The partner warrants rights to logos, trademarks, photographs and supplied content.

5. The partner is responsible for the accuracy of advertising content and legal compliance.

6. Electronic acceptance records the version, date and time. No contractual penalties are established; mandatory statutory liability remains applicable.

7. Disputes: negotiations, then a competent court of the Republic of Moldova.

Communication Consent

1. Users may separately consent to BeautyFull marketing messages by e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Push and internal platform messages.

2. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of registration or core functions unless expressly required by law for a specific service.

3. Consent is recorded with the text version, date and time.

4. Consent may be withdrawn through account settings or at beautyfull.support@gmail.com.

5. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not stop necessary service messages concerning registration, security, bookings and contract performance.
